1. Banknote Industry News GmbH reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected.

2. In general, Banknote Industry News GmbH is not liable for any wrong information, which is caused and distributed by sources, etc from Banknote Industry News GmbH.

3. Banknote Industry News GmbH keeps the right to include its view of things, assessment in the context of journalistic freedom when it comes to all related news, financials analysis or anything else published under the Banknote Industry News GmbH umbrella. Banknote Industry News GmbH is not responsible for any incorrect information when it comes to journalistic freedom.

4. Banknote Industry News GmbH is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from its website and its email-news service - unless it has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of its website and its email-news-service from viewing those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages.

B. Availability, Subscription Period, Cancellation

1. Banknote Industry News GmbH does not guarantee that the email-news-service is available each day. In general, the email-news will be distributed each day from Monday-Friday. The Monday-news will include any available information from Saturday and Sunday. In case there are no relevant information from the banknote industry available at one or several of the mentioned days, Banknote Industry News reserves the right not to distribute its email-news at these respective days.

2. Banknote Industry News GmbH reserves the right to cancel its email-news-service at any time. In this case Banknote Industry News GmbH will refund the corresponding amount of money (analogue to the remaining days of the subscription) to the subscriber.

3. The subscription will automatically be extended for the same amount of months (same amount of months as previous period), unless the subscriber cancels its subscription (by sending an email to info@banknote-industry-news.com) at least 3 months before the end of the current subscription. This cancellation period of 3 months also applies for all other products offered by Banknote Industry News GmbH and confirmed by the customer.

4. Any "trial period" (for free or at reduced costs) is only applicable once per company/ institution and only for those who are currently not customers or have been customers of Banknote Industry News GmbH in the past.

 

C. Payment

1. Payment for all products and services offered by Banknote Industry News GmbH needs to be made by bank transfer. All payments will be in Euro.

 

D. Others

1. The email-news-service from Banknote Industry News GmbH is only available for business clients, not for individual consumers/ merchants.

2. The email-news may not be distributed/ forwarded to any other email address and/ or person outside the subscribed company (3rd party)

3. Any personal and/ or company data of the subscriber and recipients of the email-news-service will not be provided to anyone outside Banknote Industry News GmbH. Banknote Industry News GmbH will use the provided data only in regards to the email-news service and payment issues.

4. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. The agreement between Banknote Industry News GmbH and the subscriber is subject to German law.
